1. Tournament is conducted under the Rules of Play & Code of Ethics as contained in the Australian Billiards & Snooker Council Handbook (and amendments). 2. Entry restricted to players 40 years of age & over as at date of tournament (proof may be req’d). 3. Nomination is by way of signed entry form which MUST be accompanied by entry fee. No entries will be accepted without entry fee and no entries will be refunded after closing date. Verbal entries will NOT be accepted. All entries will be subject to acceptance by Tournament Committee. 4. Late entries may be accepted if draw allows but will attract a $15.00 penalty. 5. Players not present when a game is called will lose game after 15 minutes – NO EXCEPTIONS 6. Dress code Saturday & Sunday: Tournament dress is optional. Neat & tidy casual dress standard will apply on both days with a minimum of long trousers, collared shirt/blouse and enclosed shoes. No shorts, thongs, etc. Disqualification will apply. 7. Players will mark their own games, excluding Semis & Final for which referees will be provided. 8. Players nominating are required to accept and abide by Tournament conditions at all times. 9. Tournament Committee decisions will be final in all instances. |
